The Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, one of the leading politicians opposed to Iran's nuclear agreement, criticized the negotiations between Western powers and Tehran in interviews to u.s. networks NBC, ABC and CNN conducted this Sunday (05/04).

For Netanyahu, the decision established is "ideal for Iran and a nightmare for the rest of the world", as it leaves a "prominent terrorist State with a vast nuclear infrastructure" which could result in "a nuclear weapons race in the Middle East".
Three days ago, Iran and the G5 group +1 (USA, France, United Kingdom, Russia, China and Germany) decided the "key parameters" for the Persian country's nuclear program, a deal classified by President Barack Obama, as"history".

International inspectors have unrestricted access to the plants and the Iranian uranium enrichment will be limited and supervised for 10 years, in Exchange for the easing of sanctions.

"I believe that the real problem in the Middle East is to have countries like Iran seeking nuclear weapons with the explicit goal of annihilating the people [Israel]," said Netanyahu, on ABC.
The NBCnetwork, the Israeli Prime Minister asserted that "there is still time to intensify the sanctions" and that will continue pressing the United States Government to "get a better deal". "I'm not trying to kill any deal. I'm trying to kill a bad agreement, "he explained.

Asked by CNN if he trusted Obama, Netanyahu replied that the u.s. leader did what he thought best for his country, despite disagreeing with the decision may have been the best policy towards Tehran. "But that's not an issue of personal trust", justified the Israeli.

Relations between Netanyahu and Obama were strained after the visit of the head of the Government of Israel to Washington in early March. The trip was held after the invitation from Republican leader John Bohener to speak in Congress against American Iranian nuclear agreement.

However, the White House warned that it wasn't notified about the coming of Netanyahu, which generated discomfort after Obama refuse to meet him, under the justification that an eventual meeting could influence the Israeli general election, which would happen in the week following the visit of the Prime Minister.
